WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF BMS?
BMS (Building Management System) is what makes smart plants possible. It is an electronic management system that allows us to adjust and supervise the plants. These activities can also be performed remotely, guaranteeing more efficient maintenance and control
setting and/or modifying the set points
adjusting and calibrating the aperture or closure of the calibration units
supervising mechanical and electrical equipment in real time and detecting any anomalies
WHAT DOES OUR COMPANY DO?
In the plants managed by the BMS, we verify the performance of all the components: field probes, regulators, signal coherence, correctness of probes and servomotors, software response
We perform tests by modifying the system set points and verifying their response. We simulate anomalies to perform tests in such a way as to activate all safety procedures
After carrying out the analyses (testing of the current state, utility balancing, labelling of the adjustment units), we use BMS to carry out the adjustments of the mechanical units
In this way, we modulate the general performance of the systems until it matches the requirements of the project (respecting the tolerances agreed and/or allowed)
Subsequently, we carry out the final tests to verify the analytical correspondence of performances
Finally, we provide the final reports of the plant and the validation certificates of the instrumentation
